Why Not Giving Up Always Pays Off
Have you ever felt stuck? Like you’ve been trying and trying, but no matter how hard you push, there’s always a wall standing in your way?
That’s exactly where I found myself—with something as simple as creating a LinkedIn account.
My LinkedIn Struggle (And The Wall I Couldn’t Break)
For a long time, my LinkedIn account was restricted.
And every time I tried to create a new one, I couldn’t get past the reCAPTCHA.
It felt like a wall I just couldn’t break.
But here’s one thing about me—I don’t quit easily.
In fact, each failed attempt made me laugh. I’d joke and say:
👉 “Maybe LinkedIn already knows the kind of growth and influence I’ll bring… maybe they’re just not ready to keep up with me yet.”
The Unexpected Breakthrough
Fast forward to last Sunday.
During our afternoon youth service, an HR manager was invited to teach us how to optimize LinkedIn profiles for better visibility.
As I sat there listening, I clearly heard the Holy Spirit whisper:
“Why don’t you try LinkedIn again?”
So I did.
And this time—it worked.
Within just 48 hours:
👀 61 impressions
➕ 28 new followers
🤝 25 new connections
It was surreal. But here’s the truth: my real win wasn’t in the numbers.
Growth Without Impact is Empty
I’m not here to chase impressions or brag about numbers.
My mission is bigger.
I want to build a community of millions—individuals who are empowered, inspired, and enabled by the knowledge and values I share.
Because growth without impact? It’s empty.
And honestly—this story isn’t about LinkedIn. It’s about something bigger.
👉 It’s about YOU.
The Lesson For You
💡 It’s about you refusing to give up on the person you’re becoming.
💡 It’s about you ignoring the voices that say “It’s impossible” or “You can’t do it.”
💡 It’s about you refusing defeat—and believing in yourself enough to chase the results you’ve set your heart on.
Here’s what I’ve learned—and what I believe applies to you too:
✨ Some things won’t happen when you want them to—but they will, when the timing is right. Until then, keep pushing.
✨ Every failed attempt isn’t the end—it’s feedback. Learn from it. Laugh if you must. Then try again.
✨ Don’t ever accept the so-called “fact” that it won’t work. Decide that it must work—and keep at it until it does.
Final Thoughts
If LinkedIn had beaten me, I wouldn’t be sharing this story with you today.
But persistence, timing, and faith worked together to break the wall.
So whatever wall you’re facing right now—don’t quit. Don’t give in. Don’t settle.
Your breakthrough could be just one more attempt away.
If this post inspired you, share it with someone who’s been struggling not to give up. And if you’d love to read more stories and lessons like this, stick around—I’ve got more powerful insights coming your way.
